Low Energy House (LEO) is a contractors company, that builds high energy efficient and sustainable houses, mainly using natural materials such as solid and laminated wood panels.
The task of DDAA was to redesign all the corporate image, starting with the logo.
The idea was to keep a simple and clear look, while giving since the very first glance a neat link of the sustainabiliy-oriented approach of the company.
Nature has been taken as a source of inspiration: the wooden log (the raw construction material) has been treated as a frame upon which lies the name of the company, as if it had been impressed on the surface of the wood itself.
The color palette is a gradation of natural colors such as warm light and dark browns.
The paper used for the printed materials is a light brown cardboard, in order to better fit with the overall new image of the company.
